How many free queries do I get?
Three text/photo queries per UTC day. The counter resets at midnight UTC (around 10–11 AM in eastern Australia). Pro removes the cap.
Why does QuickReg sometimes refuse to answer?
The assistant only answers from the regulation excerpts it actually retrieved. If your question doesn't match anything in the corpus closely enough, it will say so plainly rather than guessing. Try rephrasing with the regulation name (e.g. "AS3500.4") or a more specific term.
How accurate is it?
QuickReg cites the section it pulled from, so you can verify. It is an information tool, not professional advice — always check against the current official regulation before signing off any work.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel directly in your store account: App Store · Google Play. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a previous purchase on a new phone?
Sign in with the same email, then tap "Restore previous purchase" on the sign-in screen. If your subscription is active on the same Apple/Google account it will re-attach automatically.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Settings → Your data → Delete account permanently removes your account, chat history, and any saved data. This can't be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the store first.
Can I download a copy of my data?
Yes. Settings → Your data → Download my data exports a JSON file with your profile, conversations, and feedback history.
The voice button isn't working on my Android phone.
Check that microphone permission is granted in your phone's app-info screen. Some Android keyboards intercept the mic button; closing the keyboard before tapping voice usually helps.
